can feel week

Led by Dr. Sagar AroraB.P.T.P.G.D.M — Canada

Physiotherapy for backs, knees and shoulders — and for the injuries that keep you off the field. Assessment first, machines second, and a plan you understand from the first session.

Where does it hurt?

Most people arrive knowing their knee gives way on stairs — not that it's called a ligament injury. Point at the problem and we'll translate.

The approach

Four stages, and you're
told which one you're in.

01

Assessment

Movement tested, history taken, the actual driver of the pain identified — before anything is switched on.

02

Settle the pain

Hands-on therapy and electrotherapy where they genuinely help, so you can move enough to start rebuilding.

03

Rebuild strength

Graded loading in the clinic gym, with a written home programme. The stage most rehab skips.

04

Return to normal

Back to the desk, the stairs or the field — tested before clearance, not guessed at.

Lead physiotherapist

Trained abroad,
practising here.

Dr. Sagar Arora leads the practice on Haridwar Road, near Race Course. Patients arrive with a back that won't settle, a knee that gave way on the field, a shoulder that froze in the night — and leave with a plan they can explain to someone else.

Treatment is one-to-one for the full session. The same physiotherapist assesses you, treats you and progresses you, so nothing is lost in a handover.

Questions

Before you book in.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book a physiotherapy assessment directly. If you already have an X-ray, MRI report or a surgeon's note, bring it — it saves time and sharpens the plan. If something turns up during assessment that needs a doctor rather than a physiotherapist, you'll be told plainly.

What does a session cost?

₹500 per session — one-to-one time with the physiotherapist covering assessment, hands-on treatment and supervised exercise, not a machine left running while someone else is seen.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the injury and how long it's been there. An acute ankle sprain may settle in a handful of sessions; a post-operative knee or a long-standing back problem is a programme measured in weeks. You'll get an honest estimate after the first assessment, revised as you progress rather than quietly extended.

What should I wear or bring?

Loose clothing you can move in, and shorts if the problem is in the knee, hip or ankle. Bring any scans, reports or surgical notes you have, plus a list of the medication you're taking.

Do you treat sports injuries specifically?

Yes — that's the focus. Return-to-play work is built around your sport and your season, with objective testing before you're cleared rather than a guess at the calendar.

Are home visits possible?

Ask. Home visits can sometimes be arranged for patients who can't travel — post-operative cases in the early weeks, for instance. Message on WhatsApp with the situation and you'll get a straight answer.

Is the clinic open on Sunday?

Yes, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Monday to Saturday it's 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday morning slots fill faster, so message ahead.
